Opis stanowiska
The Content Administrator will be responsible for generating and editing technical content. They will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and editors throughout the company.

- Work with technical content throughout its entire lifecycle – from creation to permanent storage or deletion Work with SME’s to develop an in-depth understanding of the documentation requirements
- Assist in training SMEs to write in accordance with a style guide
- Constantly strategize for re-use and repurposing of topics when generating, reviewing, or revising the content
- Work with editors to review and revise existing content
- Produce a variety of outputs for document management
- Support and reflect the business objectives of the organization
- Adhere to corporate safety, health, environment, and quality policy
Wymagania
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential;
- A university Degree in Aviation or technical discipline;
- Proficient at interviewing SMEs and gaining trust to write on their behalf
- Experienced in writing policies and procedures
- Courageous to ask simple but pointed questions (to think “outside the box”)
- Good at finding inconsistencies and logic flaws in existing content
- Skilled at building and implementing index systems
- Experienced at proofreading, editing and revising content in light of author’s style and the
- readers’ needs
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail
- Experienced with XML editing software and content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access)
- Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation
- Ability to learn technical, detailed procedures as required for this function
- Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English
