Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Supporting the team in designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Developing custom tools, integrations, and automations for LLM-based solutions, primarily in Python.
- Experimenting with new AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches, and sharing your findings with the team.
- Testing and evaluating the quality of AI agents and their outputs.
- Writing clean, well-documented code and participating in code reviews.
- Learning modern engineering practices, including Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
- Working closely with senior engineers and growing your skills through mentoring and hands-on project work.
Wymagania
- A degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Python (preferred), Java, or SQL.
- Strong interest in AI technologies, especially AI agents, agentic AI, and LLMs.
- At least one personal, academic, or open-source project related to AI agents, agentic AI, or LLMs, described in your CV.
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good English communication skills, enabling collaboration in international teams.
Mile widziane
- Experience with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) or agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
- Familiarity with core LLM concepts, such as prompt engineering, tool calling, or RAG.
- Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot).
- Familiarity with Git and basic cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- A public GitHub profile showcasing your projects.
