Founded in 2020, AmeriPol started as a shared service center supporting transportation companies based in St. Louis, United States. Our mission is simple: to make operations more efficient, resilient, and cost-effective by leveraging the skills of Poland’s talented professionals. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly - quadrupling our team, opening our operational headquarters in Rzeszów, and launching a new office in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today, we provide a wide range of services across trucking and logistics, freight brokerage, factoring, technology, insurance management, and e-commerce, helping businesses work smarter, reduce costs, and achieve long-term results.

Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej

  • You’ll work closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Customer Service, helping maintain service reliability and smooth execution of daily freight operations.
  • Track scheduled pickups from dispatch until pickup confirmation
  • Contact drivers and carrier dispatchers to confirm pickup status and ETA
  • Verify pickup times, locations, and load details
  • Update TMS and tracking tools with accurate, real-time information
  • Identify delays, missed pickups, or operational issues and escalate them immediately
  • Communicate pickup status clearly to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the TMS
  • Follow internal procedures to ensure consistent service quality
  • Support the operations team with additional tracking or administrative tasks when needed

Wymagania

  • Experience and good understanding of logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage operations
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in phone contact with drivers and dispatchers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with TMS systems, tracking tools, or spreadsheets is an advantage
  • Calm, professional, and problem-solving mindset
