Opis stanowiska
The focus of our Technical Services is to enable customer success through technical expertise. The services offered by the team include partner advisory, the design of complex technical solutions, as well as training sessions and workshops to empower our partners. The department also supports solution installation, configuration, and ongoing support to ensure successful implementations and optimal solution performance.

- Required qualifications:Responsible for technical support of networking and security products
- Preparing and conducting solution testing
- Providing first-line technical support for Fortinet products
- Developing and expanding your knowledge in the areas of networking and security
- Collaborating with IT experts and professionals
Wymagania
- The ideal Junior Support Engineer:
- Has a basic understanding of computer networks
- Possesses knowledge of network security – including Firewall, IPS, VPN
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Is self-reliant, available, and consistent in their work
- Can plan and manage their work time effectively
- Has a good command of English for fluent communication
Mile widziane
- Familiarity with FortiGate is a strong asset
