• Maintain the list of current accesses and being responsible for Segregation of Duties" rules
• Requesting new accesses/ deletion of accesses and updating the relevant tracker
• Reporting
• Being the first point of contact for internal and external auditors
• Ensuring completeness of audit samples
• Technical support in daily operations, opening and handling tickets, calls with various IT stakeholders, updating the relevant tracker
• Training our engagement employees (if required)

• English skills - B2/C1
• Knowledge regarding OTC processes is the must
• Analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office: especially Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members and Client"s stakeholders
• Willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment
