Opis stanowiska
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing work packages for upcoming and ongoing maintenance work that describe scope of work, labour and material budgets, creating and maintaining project milestone charts and production plans. Will maintain material and consumables movements in hangar and shops.

- Help prepare work packages for aircraft maintenance – think of it as creating a game plan for our technical teams.
- Track progress of maintenance projects in our hangars and remote sites.
- Make sure the right parts, tools, and materials are in the right place at the right time.
- Work closely with teams across Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
- Support planning and scheduling to keep everything running smoothly.
- Suggest improvements and help us work smarter, not harder.
- Learn how to manage inventory and support new technical capabilities.
Wymagania
- A university degree in Planning, Logistics, Operations Management, or a technical field.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- A team player who’s curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Legally allowed to work in Poland - must have.
Mile widziane
- Experience working in a global / multi-cultural environment
- Experience in engineering / manufacturing / site works and / or appropriate product knowledge
