• DEVELOP YOURSELF WHILE● Maintaining the technical after sales support and using communicationand troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to mainly electricalPV installers / PV professionals.● Providing technical support on product and customer groups.● Following technical troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge todetermine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path.

• THE COMPANY VALUES● German at C1 and English at B2 level.● Basics of electrical engineering: Ohm’s law, direct current, alternatingcurrent, electrical circuits, electrical components.● PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar- inverters, -modules,monitoring & control, as also storage and e-mobility systems, standardsand normative requirements.● Basic knowledge of mathematics: basic arithmetic operations, basicquantities/units, multiples and parts of units, mathematical signs.● Telecommunication: network technology, interfaces (IP LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, RS485), internet web browsers.● Customer focus and service-oriented attitude.● Good knowledge on hardware and software (PC/Peripherals).● Advance knowledge in agile project environments.● Experience with Salesforce Service CRM & Master Data Record Keeping is a plus
