About the Program AkzoNobel’s Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) program is a 24-month international development track designed to launch your career within our Integrated Supply Chain. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both managerial and expert roles, contribute to manufacturing innovation, and build the foundation for future leadership or specialist positions across AkzoNobel worldwide.

Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej

  • Participation in process optimization and investment projects within AkzoNobel's manufacturing environment.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within approved limits.
  • Ensure compliance with company codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret project needs, provide assistance, and offer technical support.
  • Investigate process failures, determine root causes, and propose and implement corrective actions.
  • Use data analysis and problem-solving methodologies to enhance plant and equipment efficiency.

Wymagania

  • Final-year student or Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Production Management, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing with a multinational company.
  • Willing to relocate after the 24-month program to take on new challenges across AkzoNobel’s international sites (Europe).
  • Eager to learn and gain experience in various functions and technologies.
  • Ready to take ownership and initiative.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must.
