Operational purchasing of indirect materials such as auxiliary materials, tools, packaging, spare parts, etc in a close cooperation with our plants in Germany
Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Operational purchasing of indirect materials such as auxiliary materials, tools, packaging, spare parts, etc in a close cooperation with our plants in Germany
- Handling of the purchase requisitions
- Purchasing administration (execution of the contracts signed by the plants in Germany)
- Placing purchase orders
- Ensuring on time deliveries of products (proactive approach in case of backlogs)
- Close cooperation with our purchasing teams and internal partners from both Poland and Germany
- Cooperation with international suppliers base
- Business trips
Wymagania
- Bachelor / Masters Degree or proven experience in purchasing area
- Fluent German in writing & speaking is a key competency we are looking for (also technical language)
- Knowledge of the english language would be an additional asset
- High skills in Microsoft Office
- Readiness to travel abroad and to work in an international environment
- Self-initiative, team spirit, analytical thinking, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Experience in purchasing or sales in an international environment (aerospace, automotive industry) would be an additional asset
- Knowledge on computer-aided materials management systems such as SAP system would be an additional asset
