• -> Execute disassembly of lithium-ion cells in accordance with established safety protocols and procedures;
• -> Prioritize a steadfast commitment to safety, adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines and safe handling practices for hazardous materials;
• -> Precisely disassemble lithium-ion cells, meticulously documenting each step of the teardown process;
• -> Identify and record essential components of lithium-ion cells, such as electrodes, separators, electrolytes, and casing materials;
• -> Thoroughly inspect cell components for defects, including gas bubbles, indentations, debris, tears, wrinkles, etc., and diligently record findings;
• -> Collaborate with engineering and research teams to generate detailed reports on cell teardowns, offering analysis of component performance and potential failure modes;
• -> Maintain a well-organized and clean workspace to minimize safety risks and optimize teardown efficiency;
• -> Effectively communicate with team members to share insights, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the success of teardown projects.

• -> Familiarity with electronics, batteries, electrical equipment, and machine shop tools;
• -> Demonstrate the ability and confidence to work conscientiously in a customer factory, prioritizing safety;
