Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Supervise MHPSS activities
- Supervise the training activities of local partners
- Supervise the project team and coordinate activities
- Support the implementation of the referral system
- Compile activity reports and monitor data collection
- Ensure the protection of project beneficiaries
Wymagania
- Master degree in social / human sciences / psychosocial related degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of psychosocial support in a similar position;
- Work experiences with civil-based organizations or local associations;
- Ideally in-depth knowledge of MHPSS standards and ethics;
- Sense of confidentiality
- Good knowledge of psychological care and individual and group psychosocial support, adults and children
- Good knowledge of psycho-trauma care
- Good knowledge of child development
- Good skills in using the & Informatic tool
- Ability to design, implement and facilitate training for the team and partners on MHPSS themes
- Experience in team management and management
- Experience in data collection / reporting
- Communication, listening and observation skills
- Good team spirit - Ability to work in a team
