Opis stanowiska
Płatny Staż w Dziale Konstrukcji (Design Departament) w Centrum Badawczo- Rozwojowym (RTC).
Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Support Lead Designers in Turbochargers design and development (component and system level) in the envelope defined by customers
- Produce accurate working 2D drawings and 3D models (solid and freeform modelling), which include details, assemblies, layout drawings and stack-ups, from verbal or written instructions, including production process documentation (BOM, Material Master)
- Carry out appropriate technical analysis in compliance with either general rules or internal standards and practices
- Interaction with various technical center departments, providing support in solving technical issues
- Support Lead Designers in preparation for direct cooperation with suppliers and external customers
- Assistance in preparing and presenting analysis results to internal and external project customers
- Change Management; controlling and tracking changes throughout the component life
Wymagania
- Intermediate skills in CAD systems, preferably Creo (Pro/Engineer)
- Familiar with GD&T rules and stack-up analysis
- Basic knowledge of CFD analysis will be an advantage
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Communicative English is required (at least B1 level)
- Team work experience, open-minded attitude
- Must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Availability at least 20 hours a week in our office in Jasionka near Rzeszów
