• Processing requests for creation, modification and deletions in material master data records
• Creating, changing and analyzing Bill of Materials and Routings
Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- As main responsibilities, the new employee will be supporting the Alumeco Group companies in the areas presented below: • Processing requests for creation, modification and deletions in material master data records• Creating, changing and analyzing Bill of Materials and Routings• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies on material master data• Being point of contact for business questions and problems related to master data set up• Analyzing and improving data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports (e.g. elimination of duplicates; standard text formats, etc.)• Supporting and educating company members within Material Master operations in SAP• Participating in defining data quality standards• Constant work on an improvement of data quality and data accuracy• Cooperation with internal and external customers, functional partners, and members of the management team• Completing ad hoc projects, analysis and other duties as assigned
Wymagania
- Requirements:• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential• Medium (min. B2) level of English, both spoken and written- obligatory condition, • Relevant experience will be an advantage• Education within Logistics, Economics, Business administration or familiar• Problems solving personality• Very good communications skills• Good computer skills` MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)• Good math skills• Ability to work in a team environment
