Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Ensure proper and timely implementation of tools, activities, and reporting.
- • To ensure that all assessment adhered to the SPHERE standards, and all new constructions and rehabilitation sites is of good quality and to meet the national standards.
- • Ensure timely and quality data collection by drafting the necessary quantitative and qualitative tools.
- • Ensure implementation of MEAL plans through routine monitoring of activities at the field level.
- • Support teams to pilot data collection tools.
- • Train and manage the translators/ enumerators to carry out regular M&E functions.
- • Perform timely and qualitative MEAL data analysis for different projects.
- • Ensure timely and quality reporting of MEAL activities implemented by their team.
- 2. To support proper and adequate resource management: HR, finance and logistics.
- 3. Document and promote good practice from planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities.
- 4. Provide support to other teams.
Wymagania
- Requirements:
- • Experience of data collection, collation, analysis, and report writing.
- • Professional, motivated, open, creative, mature, responsible, flexible and, culturally sensitive.
- • Good work organization, ability to work under time pressure, possibility to travel regularly.
- • Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, Sphere standard, SPSS or other statistical packages.
- • Good verbal and written skills in English, (Polish: Fluency and Ukrainian is a plus).
- • Degree in Economics, international development, statistics, public health, demography or related subject.
- • At least 2 years of proven experience in the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning of humanitarian is a plus.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of MEAL concepts and basics of humanitarian standards.
