Now we are looking for a DevOps Intern to support our Big Data Team in ongoing tasks. You will have a great opportunity to work with our experienced colleagues as well as you will be able to expand your skills and knowledge by working hand in hand with those professionals (you will learn f.ex. how to work with scalable cloud-based infrastructure, how to create, manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters and how to build scalable container-based applications).

• take part in server maintenance and monitoring processes
• create and manage Cloud Resources on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon AWS
• work with both managed and unmanaged Kubernetes clusters

• basic knowledge of Python and bash scripting
• basic knowledge of server administration and cloud architecture
• understanding of Docker or any similar container technology
• basic knowledge of cloud providers, such as GCP, AWS, Digital Ocean, Azure, Linode

• nice to have: basic understanding of Kubernetes development and administration
• nice to have: infrastructure as Code tools, e.g. Terraform, Pulumi or Crossplane

• 6-months of a paid internship with a real possibility of employment (we need somebody who is able to be an intern at least part-time)
• total flexibility on working on-site (offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw) and remotely, as well as planning your daily work cycle (your working hours are actually up to you)
