We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented individuals that can help Andea grow its capabilities in developing manufacturing software solutions in some of the most interesting companies in the world that produce things that go to space, cars, robots that perform surgery, and more. Andea works and partners with large, global companies, looking for ways to use computer systems to make their operations more efficient while reducing and containing quality issues. You will be working on maintaining production environments (Cloud solutions based on Kubernetes cluster) and providing support for our customers. Job requires supporting customers in Europe and US. You will be a member of Operations (DevOps) Team and will be involved in development during idle time.

• Providing support for production environments (two-shift work)
• Providing customer service during support hours (reporting issue status, resolution feedback)
• Maintaining and monitoring cloud infrastructure
• Participating in Operations Team daily duties like: development of CI/CD tools, configuring cloud infrastructure (IaC), implementing monitoring and alerting

• Cloud (preferably Azure) – general knowledge and concepts
• Containers and container orchestrators (preferably Docker and Kubernetes)
• Scripting – basic experience in Bash and Powershell scripting
• Linux – basic experience in administration
