Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Literature/database searches to determine the patentability of an invention or identification of conflicts with already disclosed solutions
- Professional database searches in the area of Intellectual Property protection
- Preparation of research reports and summarizing the content of a patents after insightful analysis of the gathered data
- Support in patent creation activities (area of interest identification, such as innovativeness, invention usability and advantages)
- Managing of company internal Intellectual Property documentation and processes
- Communication with clients in respect to patent/innovation/IP queries
- Maintaining strong partnership relation with clients and supportive attitude towards colleagues
- Active participation in technology development programs
Wymagania
- University degree in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
- Post graduate studies or experience in Patent Attorney Office welcome
- Experience in patent searches, understanding of patent law, IP protection aspects
- Curiosity for knowledge, technical novelties and innovative solutions
- High degree of self responsibility and good organizational skills
- Fluent English and/or German (due to high exposure on foreign documentation and international contacts, German knowledge on minimum communicative level required)
- Interest in long-term career development in a field of Intellectual Property Management
- Experience in management of Technology Development projects welcome
