For one of our Clients from energy technology sector we are recruiting for position of: Sourcing Specialist (Eastern European Region)
Location: Rzeszów (Company office / home office)

Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- • Manage supplier scouting process, including suppliers’ preselection for RFQ/Feasibility and NDA process.• Manage RFQ/Feasibility process for Eastern European (EE) suppliers, including data/spec collection, RFQ distribution, expediting, minor issue solving with PC stakeholders and final reports preparation.• Facilitate communications and support PCs in supplier selection.• Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and report to regional team for improvement planning and execution.• Handles EE activity reports preparation and communication with regional and PCs teams and the business about data gathering and analysis.• KPIs and Data Analytics - run regular, regional reports and gap analysis.• Contributes to regional projects as a team member and leads small projects.• Support other cross-business cost optimization and cash initiatives, i.e. suppliers’ payment term improvements.• Support Vendor Add and Management process for direct material EE vendors.
Wymagania
- • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college• Have Strong oral and written communication skills• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability• Ability to work independently• Very good command of English
