Opis stanowiska
Assuming responsibility for the operational fulfillment of customer contracts: Planning, coordinating, ordering and tracking subcontracted engine MRO events. Managing relationships to both customer and suppliers.
Obowiązki osoby zatrudnionej
- Managing subcontracting of engine MRO events, including slot allocation, processing and monitoring of maintenance orders (order creation, release, clarification and approval). Ensuring contractual compliance related to customer and supplier
- Coordinating the related costs, logistics and lead times with the subcontractor and with the respective key account management
- Defining and implementing the maintenance scope according to the customer’s work scope / LHT engineering and considering contractual specifics. Providing technical instructions of complementary work within own competences and given entitlements
- Acting as key contact person towards the customer and subcontractor, ensuring operational fulfillment and enhancing customer satisfaction and supplier relationship
- Tracking all relevant KPIs and investigating all technical and commercial issues during an engine shop visit. Initiating, authorizing and ensuring appropriate countermeasures
- Verifying supplier invoice and managing claims/disputes
- Ensuring timely provision of shop-out documentation to customer and maintaining related systems and documents
- Ensuring budgeted / calculated results on event level are in accordance with the respective business plan
Wymagania
- Degree in a (industrial) engineering discipline from a university or technical college; or in individual cases proven equal qualification
- Evidence of good business expertise and an in-depth technical understanding
- Advanced English skills
- Good command of the applied IT-systems (especially SAP and MS Office)
- Distinctive experience in customer and supplier relationships
- Good knowledge of aviation law
- Good project management skills and methods and techniques
