Aim of this role is to support facility activities within the Facility department for the Avio Aero plant in Bielsko-Biała. The Trainee will have the opportunity to gain practical vocational training in the field of maintenance management, servicing of modern machinery, familiarize with the manufacturing processes for aero engine components and leveraging partnership with local production plant.

• construction and management of spare parts warehouse
• verification of critical parts range for individual machine types
• preparation of analysis in the field of reducing spare parts costs and
• improving machine availability through appropriate critical parts selection
• implementation of savings projects in the field of utilities (electricity, compressed air, water)
• cooperation with sourcing department to develop prize reduction initiatives

• last-year student or graduate of technical profile, mechanical/automation/electrical engineering preferred or other similar faculty
• good English communication
• good knowledge and practice of MS Office (especially Excel)

• strong motivation in Maintenance / Supply Chain career growth
• knowledge of SAP or other ERP tools is a plus
